Challenge: When St Andrews first took the decision to develop its conference services, it knew that an event management solution would be vital to its success. It needed a system that would manage abstract submissions, help set agendas and provide a flexible registration process for delegates attending its clients’ events. The system creates valuable reports on abstract submissions which can be filtered down by topics, authors and countries. The reporting tools also provide important insight on attendance, session selections and cross-event revenue streams.
