What is the relationship between Eventsforce and Simpleview?

Eventsforce has been acquired by Arizona-based Simpleview, the leading provider of CRM, CMS, website design, digital marketing, revenue generation, and mobile technologies for the global destination marketing industry.   

By joining the Simpleview group of companies, Eventsforce will expand its operations in the US market with new offices in Denver, Colorado. The company will remain independent of other businesses within the Simpleview group and continue to be managed by its CEO, George Sirius and the rest of its executive team.  

Eventsforce will also continue to provide its full suite of event management solutions, account management and support services to customers worldwide.

How does this affect my relationship with Eventsforce?

In short, nothing really changes. Eventsforce continues to operate with the same team, service and support that you are used to!

Is there any change to how my data is managed?

Your data is still hosted and managed wholly by Eventsforce, as per the terms outlined in our Data Security Policy.  There will be no change to the hosting, management, or physical location of your data.

Are there any changes to the general terms and conditions of my licence agreement?

Our Data Security Policy has been updated to include Simpleview as a sub-processor, in order for us to continue to provide you with 24/5 support services from both our UK and US operations.

Our general terms remain unchanged, this update is governed by our existing Privacy Policy relating to ‘Internal Third Parties within our corporate group’.
