One of the team will be in touch to arrange an initial call. The aim of this is to get a real understanding of your events, how you are currently using your existing eventtech, and what your event and organisational goals are. We’ll also touch on your integration requirements and your data management challenges.

Our demos generally come in two parts. The first part will focus on showing how we can help you give your delegates the best possible experiences. From event registration, to submitting and judging abstracts and awards and self-service check-in, to mobile apps and virtual sessions and content delivery, you’ll see how using Eventsforce solutions not only make your life easier but also make your event stakeholders smile.
The second part of the demo will show you how you would get hands-on with our event tech. You’ll see how simple it is to build an event, effectively manage the registration process, automate processes, deliver content and integrate and report on your data, both for your in-person and virtual events. We don’t use PowerPoint slides, we use the actual software! You’ll see how our event tech will empower and support you at every stage of your event lifecycle.
