Eventsforce Attendance

A mobile app that helps event planners better manage their attendance recording and keep track of attendance at events and sessions. On-site staff can use the app on their iPhones/iPads to mark off attendees on their registration lists using easy-to-navigate search tools and an integrated barcode scanner. Seamless integration with the Eventsforce Event Management platform also helps with on-site management by providing real-time insight on registrations, attendance and room capacity on the day of your event.

Eventsforce Kiosk

Integrated into your Eventsforce solution, Eventsforce Kiosk is a self-service badging solution and check-in tool designed to improve the attendee experience and speed up the check-in process. Allow your attendees to quickly check-in using personal details or QR codes, and then print their own badges, making queues a thing of the past. Scaleable, secure, and with real-time reporting.

Eventsforce Virtual Content Delivery

Deliver your sessions and content online and engage with audiences in the same way you would for your in-person events. Drive attendance, manage payments and registrations and collect all your event data in one place across all of your events – both online and face to face.
