Visiting EventLab 2019 this year?
Hire Space has partnered with Eventsforce for the second consecutive year to provide registration, check-in and on-site management for the 1,000+ event organisers it is expecting to its flagship ‘EventLAB 2019’ show in London this month.
Attendees will be able to use self-service check-in kiosks for the first time, which will cut down waiting times and allow visitors to print badges on-site. Eventsforce will also provide the ‘EventLAB 2019’ app which will help people personalise their schedules, get up-to-date session information and access useful tools such as exhibitor lists and maps.
The two-day event is taking place at London’s Business Design Centre on the 14-15th October and brings events professionals a wide range of sessions, networking opportunities and CPD-accredited masterclasses on topics such as event marketing, attendee engagement, event technology, sponsorship and professional development.
Kim Meier, Marketing Manager at Hire Space, commented: “We wanted to make the whole process of printing and scanning badges a lot simpler this year so our attendees can start their day as quickly as possible. Check-in will only take a few seconds through a quick scan of a QR code and badges are printed on-demand, which helps us reduce unnecessary waste.”
“The solution also makes it easier for us to share live attendance stats with stakeholders and management teams, while giving us the tools to manage CPD accreditation a lot more effectively,” she added.
As the official technology sponsor, Eventsforce will be exhibiting at the two-day event in partnership with tech rental company, ITR. Organisers attending the show can get a hands-on demo of the self-service check-in solution on Stand 37-38, as well as meet the Eventsforce team for a chat about their event management platform and the impact of trends such as event personalisation, data management, GDPR and data security.
Hire Space and Eventsforce will also be working together for the annual ‘Hire Space Awards’, which will be taking place on October 17th at the National Gallery in London. Celebrating the best in the events industry, the ceremony will present 15 awards under four categories, including brand engagement, marketing ROI, content marketing, event design and well-being, among others. The Eventsforce awards management solution will help organisers manage the whole awards submissions and judging process, as well as support ticket sales and table bookings in the run-up to the event.
