Delivering the best service to our clients means providing them with the best possible solutions and services, but this relies on a very specific definition of ‘best possible’. At Eventsforce we aim for this but don’t define it, we leave that to our clients. We need to understand what you see as ‘best possible’ and strive to meet and exceed these expectations.
How do we do this?
We need to find out what you think, which is why every six months we ask you one question, “How likely you are to recommend Eventsforce to a friend or colleague?” Along with the comments you submit, we use this feedback to learn and improve. It’s really important to us that we know what you think and what you need, so we are always grateful when so many of you respond to our surveys.
How do we use your feedback?
We listen carefully to your feedback and act upon it. We love it when you tell us that we are doing a good job, but when you tell us things need to change or could be better we listen and improve. For example, in the last few months we have taken your feedback onboard and used this to enhance our Abstracts solution, making key changes to programme management. This has resulted in the process of creating a programme becoming much easier as unnecessary settings have been removed and replaced with useful defaults.
So, when we say we value your feedback we really do mean it
Your help to make us better is greatly appreciated and we look forward to hearing your feedback in the future. However, you don’t have to wait for us to contact you. If you need to get in touch with us it’s always good to hear from you. Just call +44 (0)20-7785-6997 or email email@example.com
