Sessions

If your event includes sessions such as workshops and seminars, you need the Sessions event planner module.  The Sessions module allows you to rapidly build your event Agenda for online display and details such as date, time, room, presenters and topics can be quickly entered.  Optional fees and online payments can be added as required.

The Sessions module makes sure that each session is advertized clearly and concisely and your delegates will be fully informed about the program on offer.  When used in conjunction with Abstracts, presentation details for each session can be automatically added to the daily agenda, for convenience.

  • Use Sessions to create an informative, up to date, online Agenda using a simple, step-by-step process.
  • Create a unique web page for each session to provide full details for delegates to browse.
  • Add downloads such as PDFs and PowerPoint® presentations to the session page to provide extra information.
  • Add optional capacities to prevent overbooking.
  • Add optional pricing and online payments.
