With multiple events for over 4,000 delegates a year, the QAA have selected a range of modules from Eventsforce’s flexible suite of software to suit their requirements, including registration, invoicing and credit card transactions. These tasks were previously managed using a number of separate platforms and spread sheets but will now be centralised into eventsforce to improve efficiency and provide a holistic view of delegate and event data, communication and reporting.
Sara Vielvoye, Events Coordinator at QAA, commented: “We selected eventsforce following a rigorous tender process here at QAA and were particularly impressed with the value for money, flexibility and scope of the eventsforce offer. I’m looking forward to working with the eventsforce team in developing QAA’s event management systems over the coming months.”
George Sirius, CEO of Eventsforce, added: “We’re delighted to have been appointed by QAA to support them with our flexible event and data management solution. We pride ourselves on creating a single, centralised platform that will not only improve efficiency but also clearly display data and analytics for in-depth cross event reporting.
“We’re looking forward to developing our relationship with QAA and providing our enterprise-level software to assist in streamlining their events.”
