New enhancements to improve your financial integrations

Many of you are doing great things integrating Eventsforce with payment gateways and in-house finance systems.  The benefits of doing this are both clear and wide ranging. For some the value is that the integration allows them to automatically update delegate payment details into their finance system and vice versa. For others, the ability to generate, update and send event invoices, credit notes and received payments from both systems is highly prized. Many benefit from on-going visibility on outstanding payments and event revenue, and also from eliminating the manual process of updating systems and chasing payments.

With these successes in mind, we’re always keen to enhance the solutions to allow you to carry out increasingly complex financial integrations. As such we are delighted to be able to tell you about two new developments both of which are designed to make your financial integrations more valuable than ever before and will allow you to:

1 – Download or access invoices as PDFs and import them into your own finance system, allowing you to view the ‘physical’ invoice alongside all the information imported via the API

2 – Tag a person record with a reference code generated by your finance system, enabling you to correctly match attendees to the correct account in your Finance system
