Location: Central London Office, but requires regular travel
Position Type: Full-time

Salary: £30k - £40k depending on experience. Performance related bonus.

Summary of position:

Working with customers to analyse, implement and train on our in-house events management software. Continuously supporting customers to ensure they are making the best use of our software.

Description:

  • Understanding our customers’ needs, business processes and systems.
  • Discussing with our customers how they can use Eventsforce.
  • Arranging and performing training and demonstrations.
  • Supporting our customers and taking ownership of issues through to resolution
  • Having regular update meetings with customers.
  • Communicating internally to share how the customer is using our software enabling others to support effectively.
  • Working with Product Manager to investigate bespoke and integration solutions for the customers.
  • Working with the Product Development team to create new solutions.

Skills and requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical and problem solving capabilities.
  • Distilling complex requirements into simple solutions.
  • Empathising with customers and going the extra mile to help them.
  • Presentation and demonstration skills are essential.
  • Organised. pro-active, self-starter.
  • Responsive.
  • Multi-tasking.
  • Technical background advantageous.
  • Comfortable using online software such as Google Apps, SaaS products, etc.
  • Supporting clients on an “on call” basis on some evenings.
  • Travel to customer offices.
