A message from our CEO
My name is George Sirius and I’d like to introduce you to my company,
Eventsforce Solutions. My goal and the mission for my team is to
radically improve the working lives of event managers everywhere, by
streamlining, organizing and integrating all the many stages involved
in delivering a successful event. I want eventsforce to make your life
less stressful and more productive and I know that it will also delight
your delegates with its simplicity and versatility, ensuring successful
events time after time.
eventsforce was launched in 2004 as a result of my postgraduate research into the interaction between people and technology. I am fascinated by the influence that good - or bad - user interface design has on the way that a product or technology is used. Whilst working on a project with an events company, I became aware that the job of an event manager is a little like putting together an elaborate jigsaw puzzle, with a large number of interconnecting and interdependent pieces or tasks, each of which is critical to the success of the next.
It became clear to me that the technology then available was by no means adequate and did not usefully support the busy event manager. By analyzing the workflow of tasks and using my understanding and knowledge of the way that people interact with technological solutions, I created and developed the concept for the eventsforce platform.
eventsforce is now the tried and trusted solution that is used by thousands of event managers to make their meetings less stressful to organize and more fulfilling for their delegates, delivering great results for everyone. I hope that you will enjoy using eventsforce in the future too!
